Position Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is hiring a Retail Store Keyholder. The role requires an active leader passionate about the retail industry, building a culture of learning and empowerment. Pay Range $17.50/hr – $17.50/hr Responsibilities Provide world‑class customer service to all internal and external customers. Partner with Store Leadership to train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members. Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process. Support store operations with activities such as opening/closing, cash handling, inventory control, processing/rotation of donated goods, and loading of trucks. Manage stewardship of donations and stay current with merchandise knowledge, industry trends, and competitive pricing.
