Business System Analyst

Base pay range $53.00/hr - $63.00/hr Title: Business System Analyst Location: Hybrid - Vienna VA Duration: Initial 6-month Contract with extensions Compensation: $53-61/HR Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Qualifications Significant experience in problem resolution including determining root cause, scope and scale of issues Experience in working in collaborative work teams Experience in working large projects/initiatives which have business risks and impact Significant experience leading system and user acceptance testing, including test planning, writing test cases, and test execution Advanced skill identifying and analyzing business requirements and recommending solutions Significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals Experience in leading, guiding and coaching professional staff Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Advanced time management skills and proactive solution delivery Advanced skill following, interpreting and applying relevant data/instructions to guidelines, procedures, practices and regulations Skilled in interpreting and synthesizing large amounts of information Advanced verbal and written communication skills Advanced word processing and spreadsheet software skills Advanced database and presentation software skills Experience applying change management principles Experience with Azure Dev Ops Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education and experience Qualities Strong communicator - both written and verbal, proactive, takes initiative to find opportunities to make an impact, active contributor in meetings, natural leader, builds strong relationships, earns respect from colleagues About INSPYR Solutions Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
