Role Director of Transcend R&D BPO leading global business transformation within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division, focusing on streamlining R&D supply chain processes through SAP system standardization. Responsibilities Develop R&D capability roadmaps Lead process re‑engineering Partner with senior R&D and supply chain leadership to define end-to-end process vision; influence portfolio decisions Manage a team of BPOs across functions like study management, logistics, and manufacturing Drive continuous improvements and ensure compliance‑by‑design Requirements Master’s degree in Business, Science, or Engineering 10+ years in R&D, clinical supply chain, or enterprise transformation Experience with global process re‑engineering, SAP S/4HANA, and regulated environments Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Preferred Certifications such as MBA, PMI, or Lean/Six Sigma Knowledge of GxP, SDLC/CSV Experience with Agile tools like Jira High-Value Leading enterprise‑scale change in regulated biopharma environments, with focus on clinical supply chain and R&D operations Work Setup Domestic travel (~15%) Based in PA or NJ #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
