Revenue Operations Director - GTM Strategy & Enablement

Brex is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to own the operating model for AE, SDR, and Partnerships. You will lead a team, set coverage and incentive architecture, and partner with executives to drive performance. This hybrid NY-based role reports to the Head of Revenue Operations and balances strategic storytelling with hands-on optimization.
