Quality Coordinator

QUALITY COORDINATOR The Quality Coordinator supports the day-to-day quality activities at LESER USA, helping ensure that safety valves meet company and customer requirements before shipment. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role suited to someone early-to-mid career in quality who wants to build a strong foundation in manufacturing quality systems, inspections, and documentation within a regulated, precision-driven environment. Support day-to-day activities of the quality management system. Inspect completed safety valves in the assembly area before final products are shipped. Assist with non-conformance tracking and help coordinate corrective actions. Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation. Help prepare for internal and customer quality audits. Communicate clearly with operating staff on quality procedures and expectations. Support data collection and basic reporting on quality performance. Help maintain compliance with company quality procedures and applicable standards. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day activities of the quality management system. Qualifications — Required Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or inspection-related role. Skills: Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office. Work style: Comfortable working on the shop floor and collaborating with production staff. Qualifications — Preferred Exposure to ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems. Familiarity with manufacturing inspection processes. Interest in pursuing ASQ certification (e.g., Certified Quality Inspector or Technician).
