Position Summary

The Part-Time Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver is responsible for supporting warehouse operations and delivering products to Fitz's Fish Ponds retail store locations. This role involves loading and unloading deliveries, organizing incoming shipments, verifying inventory, and safely operating company vehicles. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable performing physical work, and enjoys working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Transportation

• Safely operate company vans and box trucks to transport products between company locations
• Complete scheduled deliveries to retail store locations
• Load, secure, transport, and unload products safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles

Warehouse Operations

• Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments
• Verify quantities and inspect products against packing slips and purchase orders
• Read and identify part numbers, product labels, and inventory information
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse organization
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a box truck and/or cargo van
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to safely load and unload delivery vehicles
• Ability to read part numbers, count inventory accurately, and follow written instructions
• Experience operating a pallet jack is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Schedule

This is a part-time position. Typical delivery schedules include Wednesday and Thursday routes between Fitz's Fish Ponds locations and retail stores, with additional warehouse support responsibilities as needed.

• $18 - $22/hour depending on experience
