Field Supervisor

Job Description The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading, developing, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed agreed targets. This role owns the sales strategy for the assigned territory, product line, or market segment, including forecasting, pipeline management, and pricing within approved limits. The Sales Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients and prospects, negotiating and closing high-value deals personally where required. The position also involves analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
