Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Endoscopy Duration: 10 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: RN License Certifications: ACLS Must-Have: Endoscopy experience is required. Description: Unit Information: The unit has 12 beds and a staff of 8 members. Day Shift consists of 1 Charge RN, 3-4 RNs, and 2-3 technicians. There is no night shift. Patient Ratios are 1:4. Type of equipment includes ERBE intraoperative and EMR - Meditech Expanse. Typical hiring profile prioritizes candidates with endoscopy experience. Familiarity with Meditech is preferred but not mandatory. Typical procedures performed include EGD, ERCP, colonoscopy, and bronchoscopies. Ideal candidates should be flexible and possess a positive attitude. Required certifications are RN and ACLS. There is no floating required. Dress code includes scrubs, which can be either provided or personal. Weekend requirements include working 1 weekend a month, with approximately 1 night shift per week, except for weekends assigned on-call duties.
