Our Schedule Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:45pm Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm A predictable week. A consistent patient load. And a Friday that wraps at noon — so you can get a head start on the weekend. This Role Is a Great Fit If You Are: A new graduate looking for mentorship and a strong clinical foundation An experienced PT ready to plant roots in a community-focused practice A clinician motivated to build a niche within a collaborative, growth-oriented team A PT who finds meaning in developing the next generation of clinicians What You'll Do Clinical Leadership & Patient Care Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care (POC) Deliver and supervise skilled, evidence-informed interventions Foster strong therapeutic alliances to promote adherence and engagement Educate patients on diagnosis, recovery expectations, and long-term self-management Drive meaningful functional improvement and successful plan-of-care completion Documentation & Compliance Complete accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation Ensure notes support ethical and optimal billing Communicate changes in patient status promptly Team & Culture Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical team members for smooth clinic flow Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented culture Supervise and mentor PTAs and student PTs to help shape the next generation of clinicians Attend 2 community events per year to connect ProMotion to the communities we serve Explore niche development in alignment with company direction and patient population needs What Makes You Successful Here You believe deeply in the transformative power of physical therapy You deliver exceptional patient experiences that drive loyalty and advocacy You communicate clearly, confidently, and compassionately You are organized and detail-oriented in a dynamic clinical environment You balance empathy, creativity, and fun with strong clinical reasoning You are motivated to grow clinically and professionally Requirements Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina or compact state (or upcoming graduate) Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills Ability to remain active — standing, walking, and assisting patients throughout the day Performance Expectations We set clear goals and support you in reaching them. Once onboarded, you'll work toward: Quality care defined as Net Promoter Score (NPS) 90 or above Accessible care defined as 1.333 visits per hour or above (typically 12–13 patients in a 9-hour day) Accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation Why ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine?
