PRN Speech-Language Pathologist - Geriatric Care Team
Flagship Therapy
Crystal Heights Care Center in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team and support geriatric patients across post-acute and outpatient services.
Responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, delivering rehabilitative treatment, tracking outcomes, providing family and caregiver counseling, and generating comprehensive discharge summaries in line with regulatory standards.
