About the Role
- Provide ABA therapy and behavioral support services
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise and support behavior technicians as needed
- Positive, team-oriented work enviroment
- BCBA certification required
- 2+ years of experience preferred, but newly licensed are also encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
