Traveling Crane OperatorWe are seeking an experienced Traveling Crane Operator to work on our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating cranes for complex projects, including pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical lifts. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work in challenging environments. This project is out of state and will require travel for 12+ months.ResponsibilitiesOperate cranes safely and efficiently for various construction activitiesPerform pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical lifts according to project specificationsEnsure that all equipment is properly maintained and that safety procedures are followed at all timesCollaborate with site supervisors and rigging teams to execute lifts accuratelyIdentify and resolve issues that arise during construction projectsOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 5 years of crane operating experience in heavy constructionProven experience with pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical liftsMust be willing to work nights and weekends as neededNCCCO Certifications required, including LBC, TLL, TSSStrong understanding of load charts, rigging, and lift planningStrong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiencesStrong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze project data and identify trends and opportunities for improvementA commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplaceEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
