What You'll Do

Electrical & Facilities Work

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical equipment
• Conduct inspections to identify hazards, deficiencies, or code issues
• Renovate and upgrade existing electrical systems to meet code or customer needs

Facilities Maintenance Support

• Execute work under facilities maintenance contracts, including:
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• HVAC support
• Construction and asphalt work (as assigned)
• Use voltmeters and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues
• Perform physically demanding tasks using hand and power tools

Communication & Safety

• Clearly communicate findings and repairs to supervisors
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Work independently or as part of a team depending on job scope

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

? Active New Mexico EE-98J Electrical License or Journeyman certification
? Commercial or industrial electrical experience
? Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
? Proficiency with electrical hand tools and testing equipment
? Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work independently and with a team
? Commitment to safety and compliance

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, and carry materials and tools
• Ability to work with hand and power tools and pressure washers
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
