What You'll Do as a Production Worker:

• Support daily production operations in a continuously running manufacturing environment
• Operate and monitor production equipment and material handling systems
• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other powered industrial equipment after training
• Load, unload, stage, and transport materials throughout the facility
• Receive incoming materials and prepare finished products for shipment
• Use warehouse and production tracking systems to maintain accurate inventory records
• Perform quality checks while following established safety and operating procedures
• Assist with inventory counts and material reconciliation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet production goals

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
• Forklift or powered industrial truck experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn production software
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
• Comfortable working in PPE, including respirators and protective clothing when required
• Ability to pass a respirator fit test and medical evaluation
• Steel-toe shoes required (ask us about discount options)
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-focused attitude
