What You'll Be Doing As a Sales Assistant, you'll work alongside an experienced team, interacting with customers in a professional and engaging environment. Greeting customers and creating a welcoming first impression Building genuine conversations to understand customer needs Explaining products, services, and current promotions with confidence Recommending solutions that match each customer's requirements Providing an outstanding customer experience from start to finish Working towards individual and team sales objectives Representing client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm Participating in ongoing product knowledge and sales training Collaborating with teammates to achieve campaign goals and celebrate success What We're Looking For We're looking for positive, coachable people who enjoy working with others and are eager to learn.
