Position Purpose The purpose of this position is to develop and implement an impactful and results-focused high school recruitment and community outreach strategy. The Sales, Marketing, and Event Specialist will focus on developing meaningful partnerships with the local community to enhance the Institute’s visibility and execute a successful high school strategy. Responsibilities Sales And Recruitment (New Business) Manage and execute recruitment strategies through the utilization of marketing and data-driven processes to increase high school student awareness of the Institute. Develop and maintain communication and sustainable relationships with high school counselors, community college coordinators, and high school students. Develop and execute market-specific recruitment strategies to support enrollment goals. Establish and maintain relationships with salons, spas, wellness businesses, employers, veterans’ organizations, workforce development agencies, and community partners. Identify new partnership opportunities that increase brand awareness and student recruitment. Serve as the local ambassador for the Institute within the community. Develop referral partnerships that create sustainable enrollment pipelines. Provide counseling to prospective students, assisting them in understanding the Institute’s admissions process, requirements, and available programs. Collaborate with the Admissions and Financial Aid Team to ensure annual enrollment goals are achieved. Events And Marketing Organize community outreach programs and coordinate special events that promote products, services, and the Institute's mission. Plan, organize, coordinate, and attend on-campus recruitment events. Ensure a strong Institute presence at community events within the market. Assist with social media content creation and brand promotion efforts. Create and share market-specific content, stories, and community engagement opportunities. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior work experience in recruitment, high school counseling, admissions, or community relations preferred. Exhibit self-direction, initiative, resourcefulness, and follow-through with the ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrate extreme professionalism and confidentiality in manner, dress, and conduct. Physical Demands And Work Environment Work in an office environment. Sat at a desk with a computer for up to eight hours per day. Use hands to handle objects and reach with hands and arms. Walk, sit, stand, balance, stoop, speak, and hear. See a computer screen and read paper and electronic documents. Occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds. Tolerate a minimal to moderate noise level typical of a corporate office setting.
