Data Analytics Manager

Analytics Leadership Role In this analytics leadership role, you will own and shape the enterprise analytics function supporting a large, fleet-driven operation. You'll partner with fleet, operations, supply chain, finance, and data teams to translate data into business decisions and drive measurable outcomes. You will build scalable KPIs, reporting frameworks, and dashboards, turning ambiguous questions into clear analyses and recommendations. As you grow, you'll transition from individual contributor to player-coach, shaping the function and influencing high-visibility initiatives. Compensation / Benefits Onsite presence in South Charlotte Significant ownership over analytics roadmap Exposure to senior leaders Clear path to leadership Influence on high-visibility initiatives Opportunity to shape growing function Responsibilities Own reporting strategy and KPI development, including the reporting roadmap Work with large datasets using Databricks, Power BI, Python, R, and SQL Influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners with data-driven insights Develop scalable dashboards, KPIs, and reporting standards for the organization Turn business questions into targeted analyses and actionable recommendations Improve transparency, measurability, and performance across the organization Lay the foundation for a scalable enterprise analytics team Partner across fleet, operations, supply chain, finance, and data engineering to align analytics with business goals Key requirements 5-8+ years in analytics, BI, data science, or insights-focused roles Experience delivering analyses that influenced decisions and outcomes Exposure to fleet, logistics, transportation, or similar complex environments Advanced Power BI skills including DAX, data modeling, dashboards, and visual design Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, R and large, complex datasets Strong business acumen, stakeholder influence, data storytelling, and curiosity Interest in future leadership and cross-functional collaboration AccruePartners
