We offer the ultimate flexibility: You can choose to work primarily in Rock Hill, primarily in Newburgh, or split your time between both locations. Earning Potential Impressive Earning Potential: Salary range of $100,000 - $200,000 (based on experience, schedule, and production). We are a "Full Scope" network designed to support the patient at every stage of life. Our Network: In addition to our hospital hubs in Rock Hill and Newburgh, we operate a dedicated location in Middletown which serves as our main primary care facility. This ecosystem ensures a strong internal referral base and allows our ER team to focus on urgent cases while our Primary Care team handles wellness. Continuity of Care: We offer the satisfaction of seeing cases through. If your critical ER patient needs long-term internal medicine management or advanced surgery, our internal team handles it. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR DVM/VMD Degree: With experience in Emergency Medicine or high‑volume Urgent Care. Clinical Confidence: Proficiency in emergency surgery (GDV, splenectomy, lacerations) and management of complex medical cases (DKA, blocked cats, NYS License: Current license (or ability to obtain one). Emotional Intelligence: A collaborative mindset. We value teamwork and open communication.
