Job Description We are seeking an awesome, personable, sales rockstar to join our Staffing Team in the Greater Sacramento area! Schedule Work from home! You will work from a home‑based office while setting up in‑person meetings weekly with clients throughout the greater Sacramento area. Monday‑Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Representative specializing in staffing solutions to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B sales, staffing industry trends, and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills. Duties Engage in proactive outside sales efforts to identify and secure new staffing clients across diverse industries. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand market presence and increase sales pipeline. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase staffing solutions tailored to client requirements. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales activities. Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and targeted marketing campaigns. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue while maintaining mutually beneficial relationships. Conduct territory management by planning visits, follow‑ups, and maintaining consistent communication within assigned regions. Upsell additional staffing services or solutions to existing clients to enhance account value. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, recruitment, and management to align sales strategies with company goals. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelors Degree. At least 2 years of staffing sales experience. Experience with office, accounting, finance, and scientific staffing is a plus. Home office setup capabilities. Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within staffing or related industries. Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, territory management, and lead generation techniques. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
