Employment status to be determined at time of offer which includes multiple determining factors including but not limited to ability to work independently without supervision, ability to obtain and maintain a business entity and location to provide services.RequirementsLicensed Therapist Required Qualifications: Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in Virginia. Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field. Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT). Ability to provide therapy independently. Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms. Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.).
