Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Rural Anadarko - Anadarko, OK 73005 Position Type: Full‑Time/Part‑Time Education Level: None Salary Range: $8.00 - $8.75 hourly Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Job Shift: Any Job Category: Health Care HTS - Habilitation Training Specialist Overview Staff provide direct care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in their homes and in the community. We help people in their homes or in a family home with all aspects of daily living from getting up and out of bed in the morning to getting ready, bathing, toileting, dressing, cooking and eating, going to work, possible job coaching for work or volunteering, shopping, budgeting, reading and writing. Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities and provide support for personal care, mobility, and home tasks. Work safely and responsibly to uphold the dignity and independence of the client. Qualifications CPR and First Aid/Basic Life Support (BLS) / MAT required. Experience and training in direct care preferred. Ability to work independently on shift. Training All training is available while you work, including the CPR/FA/MAT requirements listed above. Compensation & Benefits Starting rate of pay is dependent on experience both personal and qualified training as well as the level of need where the position is being filled.
