Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique circumstances and goals.

• Provide high-quality telehealth therapy sessions to individuals and facilitate support groups, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients.

• Document all client interactions and clinical observations in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring accurate and thorough case management.

• Embrace a culturally sensitive approach, recognizing and incorporating the diverse backgrounds and identities of clients into treatment practices.

• Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, including medical professionals and support staff, to enhance client care.
\n
• Prepare detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports, to track client progress and inform clinical decisions.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, swiftly assessing and addressing emergency situations to stabilize clients and connect them with necessary resources.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with mental health best practices and therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• An active, unrestricted LCSW license to practice in California is required.
