District Personal Training ManagerWe're looking for a high-energy, culture-driven, results-obsessed District Personal Training Manager to oversee Personal Training operations across our San Diego Crunch Fitness clubs. This is a multi-unit leadership role for someone who loves developing people, driving production, and creating an unforgettable member experience. Typical schedule: Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Fri: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Must be available outside standard hours, including weekends, based on district needs. This is a high-visibility leadership role — your district depends on you.Key ResponsibilitiesHire, develop, and manage PTMs, APTMs, and Personal TrainersTrain leaders on interviewing, scorecards, and practical assessmentsBuild marketing and social media programs to promote trainers and drive engagementManage and coach on hiring platform for recruiting and onboardingDeliver all phases of New Hire Onboarding, including Vision TrainingTeach KO scripting, 4-Step Close, Anatomy of a Great Session, and sales techniquesEnsure trainers stay current on industry standards and deliver exceptional sessionsTrain staff on conversions, referrals, floor pulls, and PT sales systemsDrive district PT production using the PT PlaybookSupport clubs during Closeout Week and when revenue falls behindSet goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure monthly hiring needs are metAssist with KOs, T.O.s, booking sessions, and PT sales supportLead PTM Coaching Cycles and ensure weekly executionManage Enhance platform, client feedback, Yelp/Google reviewsEnsure compliance with Crunch Connect, CPT/CPR expirations, and brand standardsLead PT community initiatives to drive engagement and retentionConduct GM/PTM huddles, Kickoff Scorecards, and Club Visit FormsCoach leaders through growth paths and hold weekly performance meetingsManage PT schedules, employee relations, and disciplinary actionsSupport cleaning protocols and Group Exercise standardsExecute all responsibilities consistent with SIR Mission, Core Values, and Weekly FundamentalsWhat You Bring2–4+ years of PT leadership, ideally multi-unit or high-volumeStrong ability to coach, develop, and motivate PT teamsExpertise in PT sales systems, onboarding, and performance managementHigh accountability, strong organization, and excellent communicationAbility to manage complex operations across multiple locationsComfortable working a structured, high-visibility schedule with weekend availabilityThe DPTM is the operational engine behind PT success — responsible for building strong teams, developing leaders, driving revenue, elevating member experience, and ensuring every club delivers consistent, high-quality Personal Training.
