Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time NOC Shift

Skilled Nursing Facility | Night Shift | Full-Time

We are hiring a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. This is a full-time NOC/night shift position for an RN who takes pride in providing safe, quality care and creating a positive experience for residents.

RN Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.

• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.

• Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians, supervisors, residents, and families as appropriate.

• Coordinate care with CNAs, LPNs/LVNs, physicians, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

• Respond appropriately to resident emergencies and changing clinical needs.

• Participate in care planning and follow established infection-control and safety procedures.

• Provide compassionate, respectful care while maintaining resident dignity and privacy.

• Supervise and support nursing staff as assigned during the shift.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing is preferred.

• Strong assessment, communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

• Ability to work independently and make sound nursing judgments.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work the NOC/night shift .

• Commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork.
