Base Pay $19.29 - $20.00 / Hour Employee Type PT Non-Exempt Description Carillon at Belleview Station, one of Denver’s premier senior living communities, is seeking a reliable and attentive Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents by cleaning resident apartments and community spaces with care and consistency. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys contributing to a welcoming atmosphere, and understands the important role a well-kept environment plays in enhancing the daily lives of our residents. This is a part time position, must be available Mondays. Carillon at Belleview Station is proud to be part of the Ascent Living family, a locally owned Colorado company known for its innovative approach, outstanding care, and commitment to excellence in senior living. 3 weeks of paid time off a year Medical insurance including vision and dental 100% employer paid life and long-term disability insurance Accident and short-term disability insurance 401(k) with employer match Sunny Day emergency savings account with employer match Duties and Responsibilities: Clean floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting Clean carpets including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing Removes dirt, dust, and grease from surfaces using proper cleaning and disinfecting solution Visits assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning Interacts with residents in a friendly manner, providing meaningful attention Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning and housekeeping preferred Personable and friendly with residents Conscientious and detail oriented Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed Pay: $19.29 to $20.00 an hour, based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr The Carillon at Belleview Station
