Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit throughout night shift hours
• Participate in on-call coverage, including one 12-hour on-call shift per scheduling period
• Float within the facility and within scope of practice as operationally needed
• Adhere to all unit protocols, holiday scheduling expectations, and compliance requirements
• Complete specialty-specific orientation modules as required prior to or during the orientation period

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• All requested time off (RTO) must be finalized at the time of submission — no RTO or schedule requests will be accepted post-offer or onsite, including during orientation week
• Maximum of 7 days RTO per contract
• If 1–2 major holidays fall within the assignment period, no holiday RTO may be requested; if 3 holidays fall within the assignment period, 1 holiday RTO may be considered
• All compliance documents must be submitted by the Tuesday prior to the start date; core onboarding items and labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus; however, first-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to floating assignments within a facility setting
• Familiarity with holiday and on-call scheduling in a high-acuity environment
