Assistant Project ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex capital construction projects. This role is ideal for a construction professional with experience in project controls, schedule management, cost analysis, contract administration, and field coordination who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.• Assist in managing all phases of construction projects from planning through closeout.• Analyze project schedules and monitor progress against critical milestones.• Support project controls functions, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.• Review contractor schedules, payment applications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.• Perform bid evaluations and bid leveling analyses during procurement activities.• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.• 5+ years of construction project experience.• Knowledge of scheduling, cost estimating, contract administration, procurement, and reporting.A proactive, detail-oriented construction professional with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Bring your expertise, curiosity, and drive to make a difference.
