RN - Labor and Delivery (L&D)

Shift: Nights, rotating weekends

Description: DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The LDRP team offers labor, delivery and recovery including post-partum and newborn care by a highly trained team of nurses and medical staff in a family centered caring and medically safe environment. All sites are trained in GYN surgical care. Experience in Triage, Labor and Delivery, Postpartum required and Nursery preferred.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
• AHA ACLS and NRP REQUIRED.
• PALS preferred.
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing.
• STABLE preferred. Perinatal related RNC certification preferred. Previous experience in stabilization of the high-risk neonate preferred. Basic Fetal Monitoring skills preferred.
