DMV Boutique Seeks Litigation Attorney

Overview Salary: USD120,000 - USD150,000 per year. A boutique litigation firm based in Fairfax, VA seeks a talented attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience to represent plaintiffs and defendants throughout the DMV in a variety of matters including civil litigation, employment litigation, business disputes, labor law, workplace investigations and contract matters. This hand-on role offers immediate responsibility, direct client interaction, and regular court appearances. Responsibilities Managing an active caseload. Handling hearings and depositions. Drafting substantive motions. Working closely with clients through all stages of litigation. Qualifications 5+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience in federal and/or state court. Strong legal writing skills. Ability to run cases with limited supervision. Preference given to attorneys admitted to practice in DC or Maryland. VA bar admission, or eligibility to gain admission immediately, is a plus. Labor & employment experience is considered a plus. Position is hybrid , requiring a regular in-office presence in Fairfax.
