What You'll Do

As a Service Technician, you'll travel between our apartment communities completing maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and property improvements.

No two days are the same.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete resident maintenance requests
• Plumbing repairs
• Electrical repairs
• HVAC troubleshooting
• Drywall and painting
• Carpentry
• Appliance repairs
• Apartment turns
• Preventative maintenance
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotation

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in quality work.

Preferred qualifications:

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience
• Apartment, residential, facilities, or construction maintenance experience
• Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, or appliance repair skills
• EPA or HVAC Certification (preferred, not required)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic
• Great customer service
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors
