Sanitation Associate

Location: Goodyear, AZ. Salary: $700 - $740 weekly. Shift times: 5:00am or 2:00pm until finish. Requirements The sanitation associate keeps the work site clean and free of debris. Learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision. Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner. Assigned to specified areas within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations. Benefits after 60 days of employment. Career growth, over 580 sites nationally. Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision. Independent decision-maker as needed to accomplish tasks. Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75 lbs; materials handled vary. Handle pallets as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer timelines, and maintaining a safe work environment. Keep Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contribute suggestions for improvements. Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
