Your responsibilities will include reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics, working from drawings, sketches, templates, and patterns, maintaining a clean work area, installing unit vehicle components and accessories, setting up jigs and fixtures, using basic computer skills, adhering to safety policies, complying with quality standards, following The Terex Way Values, functioning as a team member, and working overtime as required.

Basic qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent experience, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and 40-100 lbs. with assistance, and physical ability to work under, on, and around truck chassis and truck bodies.

Preferred qualifications include 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, experience working with hydraulics/electrical/fabrication, operating a variety of hand and power tools, problem-solving ability, understanding and following verbal and written instructions, and previous work experience in fields such as mechanical/construction/carpentry.

The salary range for this position is $24.41 to $25 per hour. **$3,000 Sign on Bonus:

$1500 paid at 90 days, $1500 paid at 180 days. Must be an active employee at time of payout to collect the bonus. Employee will be responsible for repaying the bonus if you leave within 1 year of the final bonus payout.
