Located in El Lago, TX, Psalm 23 ALF is a trusted assisted living facility committed to enriching the lives of our residents. Our team works together to create a safe, nurturing, and family-like atmosphere where residents feel valued and cared for.

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of our residents by assisting with their personal care needs, fostering meaningful connections, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to bring joy and dignity to those who need it most.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Monitor residents’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Support residents with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
• Follow care plans and ensure residents’ individual needs are met with kindness and respect.

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience is required.
• A caring and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility.
• Dependable and attentive to detail.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the team.
