Senior Program Manager - SAFe/Prosci Consultant

Join a dynamic team within the OCM/Learning and Development group in DC as a Senior Program Manager - SAFe/Prosci Consultant. This pivotal role involves advocating for and facilitating alignment between the group and the Agile transformation team, necessitating strong SAFe expertise coupled with Prosci Change Management proficiency. The position requires consistent travel throughout the Northeast for Agile Release Train meetings, while day-to-day activities can be fulfilled remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between the OCM/Learning and Development team and the Agile transformation team, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Utilize extensive SAFe experience to guide PI Planning, execution, roadmap development, and coaching, integrating Prosci Change Management principles.
• Hold SAFe certification(s) and a Prosci certification or substitute with a Kotter Change Management certificate.
• Ensure in-person attendance and active participation in Agile Release Train gatherings across DC, Philly, and Wilmington, fostering brainstorming, collaboration, and value delivery.
• Manage day-to-day remote activities, conducting Agility health assessments, maintaining effective communications, and fostering engagement within the community of practice.
• Lead efforts to raise awareness and drive the transformation process, emphasizing best practices beyond SAFe adoption to ensure effective change management implementation.
