Your Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening
• Follow up with prospects to nurture their interest and assist in their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads

Compensation Structure
