Regional CDLA Southwest Lane Home Weekly Driver

Now hiring CDL-A drivers across Arizona, including Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Glendale, Chandler, and surrounding areas for Southwest regional routes with consistent miles and weekly home time. **

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience

• Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days

• DUI and felony history reviewed on a case-by-case basis

• Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements

Pay & Home Time

• Average weekly pay: $1,250–$1,500

-paid on ALL miles - empty or loaded

• Southwest regional routes

• Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)

• 34–48 hour reset at home

Freight & Equipment

• Dry van freight

• 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload

• 100% no-touch freight

• Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)

• Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)

Additional Benefits

• Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour

• Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
