East River Contracting is hiring a Framing Site Supervisor to lead commercial framing projects from layout to final walkthrough.

This role is for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, leads crews with confidence, and keeps projects moving safely and efficiently from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage crews on commercial framing projects
• Oversee all phases of framing including layout, wall framing, floor systems, roof systems, and sheathing
• Read and execute blueprints, elevations, and framing plans accurately
• Coordinate with operations manager, crew, and subcontractor crews
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are onsite and organized
• Maintain production schedules and keep projects on track
• Monitor quality, craftsmanship, and structural accuracy throughout the project
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Manage daily site operations including crew direction and workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in carpentry and framing
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Valid driver’s license

• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
