The right candidate will need to be PASSIONATE about delivering an exceptional delivery experience to customers, have a great work ethic, be reliable, work fast, and always be on time. REQUIREMENTS Proof Of Identity and Authorization to work in the United States USDOT Medical Card Required prior to start of employment (CDL License not required) Must Provide 3 Years of Previous Employment Must be at least 21 years old Must be able to speak English Must submit to: MVR for the past 5 years Criminal Background Screen for Past 7 Years (National & Local) 9 Panel Drug Screen Ability to Operate Scanning Device Previous Box Truck Delivery Experience a Plus ABOUT THE POSITION Delivery of Specialty Meats to Local Restaurants in the Boston, MA area CDL License Not Required 16' Reefer Box Truck (may go up to 24' on some days) USDOT Medical Card Required prior to start of employment Package Delivery (up to 50lbs) Employee Based Position COMPENSATION Work Week: Must be able to work Monday-Friday (Saturdays may be required during peak months) Average Shift: 8 hours, but can vary based upon Customer needs Fixed Schedule Starting Pay Rate: $21.00 Per Hour After a 90 day evaluation, pay may be increased to $22.00 Per Hour.
