We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, patient-focused primary care practice in Pueblo, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare.

• EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings

• Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals

• Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Eligible for or active Colorado Medical License

• DEA certification (or eligibility)

• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
