Job Description Fuel is one of the most vital components of the Army National Guard. As a Petroleum Supply Specialist, you will ensure the proper handling, storage, and shipment of petroleum‑based products such as oil, fuel, and compressed gas. You will supervise and manage the reception, storage, and shipping of bulk or packaged petroleum products, operate specialized pumping equipment for trucks, ships, trains, and aircraft, submit samples for testing, perform accounting activities, and maintain safety procedures. As your skills increase, you may take on management duties, including supervising and training other Soldiers, assigning duties, spot‑checking work quality, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
