Are you an organized, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment? We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipment coordination, carrier communication, and transportation scheduling for a growing organization in Shelbyville, Indiana.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation coordination, or customer service who enjoys problem-solving and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
  
• Schedule and dispatch carriers, vendors, and transportation providers
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, drivers, and internal teams
  
• Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates
  
• Resolve transportation issues, delays, and service concerns
  
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation
  
• Update logistics information within company systems and spreadsheets
  
• Support continuous improvement of transportation and coordination processes
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, transportation, customer service, or supply chain support
  
• Experience working with carriers, vendors, and third-party transportation providers
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills
  
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and business software systems
  
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  

Preferred Experience

• Logistics, transportation, dispatch, routing, or shipment coordination experience
  
• Experience working with ERP, TMS, or logistics software systems
  
• Background supporting manufacturing, distribution, transportation, or supply chain operations

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
