Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab

This position is for a caring and knowledgeable Registered Nurse to join an innovative cardiovascular program. The RN will work across multiple Cath Lab and treatment rooms, collaborating with a team of cardiologists, including interventionists and electrophysiologists. Key Responsibilities Conduct systematic assessment and reassessment of patient health needs, involving patients, families, and healthcare providers. Analyze assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes. Provide nursing care through evidence-based interventions to meet patient goals, ensuring proper coordination and implementation of care plans. Evaluate patient outcomes using critical thinking and current knowledge, recognizing issues and making informed decisions. Assess discharge needs and utilize resources to support patient recovery and care continuity. Maintain professional practice standards in all care activities. Qualifications & Skills Diploma, ADN, or BSN in Nursing. Current Oklahoma RN licensure. Preferred: at least one year of Cath Lab experience. Certifications: BLS and ACLS. #J-18808-Ljbffr
