Exciting Opportunity for Physical Therapists Job Description: - Position: Contract - Physical Therapy - Duration: 13 Weeks - Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Location: Las Palmas Rehab Hospital (Specific location removed for privacy) - Facility Department Number: 774 - Requirements: - Texas State License in Physical Therapy - Inpatient Rehab Experience - BLS Certification - Pediatric Experience Preferred - Bilingual Preferred (to serve a diverse patient population) - Unit Information: - Number of Beds: Covering both Rehab and potential acute/outpatient as volume dictates - Staffing: 2 Full-Time PTs and 2 PTAs on Day Shift - Patient Ratios: - 5-6 patients in inpatient rehab - 12-15 patients in acute care - 6-7 patients in outpatient - Responsibilities: - Conduct PT evaluations, reassessments, and treatments as needed - Participate in team conferences, family training, and home assessments - Work Environment: - Energetic atmosphere that embraces collaboration among healthcare team members - Focus on providing exceptional patient care with a strong commitment to developing patient relationships - Dress Code: - Scrub Color: Navy - No Crocs or visible tattoos allowed; hairstyles must comply with CDC guidelines for N95 wearers - Unit Policies: Familiarity with AIDET and ICARES principles is preferred Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
