For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.The OpportunityIn this role you will:Assist in creating reports and technical documentsEnter accurate meta-data to electronic records to facilitate easy search and retrievalImplement trackers to monitor close out of proprietor actionsManage and control information circulationSet up an efficient document management systemSupport the quality & document control team to meet objectivesUpdate, maintain, archive and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers and databasesWe would love to hear from you if you:Have experience in a similar document management roleHave experience in Aconex and Sharepoint which are critical for this roleEnjoy managing a large range of informationHave excellent Excel and Powerpoint skillsAre an excellent communicator verbally and in writingThrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and funAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.About UsLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
