Job Details Job Location: BSJ Care Center - LaCrosse, WI 54601. Job Shift: Day, PM, or Night Combo. Job Category: Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA Training Program. Salary Range: $17.50 per hour during training; upon completion your wage will increase to $20.00 per hour. Program Overview Bethany St. Joseph Corporation is offering a CNA in Training program that will pay for the cost of the CNA course and the skills and knowledge exams. Responsibilities Assist with resident care as a Resident Care Assistant / CNA in Training while completing the CNA training course. Orient to the facility and begin training on some of the tasks you will perform as a CNA, assisting CNAs and nurses in tasks that can be performed without certification. After program completion, perform personal care, transportation to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, and a range of other CNA tasks.
