Director, Global Financial Planning & Analysis

Director leading global financial planning and analysis for Leica Biosystems, a Danaher diagnostics company. Establishes enterprise financial planning frameworks, advises senior leadership on strategic initiatives, and drives FP&A transformation across the organization. Reports to Senior Director of Finance in Deer Park, Illinois.

Responsibilities

Define and advance enterprise-wide financial planning framework with global standards and governance
Provide strategic financial analysis and forward-looking recommendations to senior leadership
Execute global FP&A transformation roadmap leveraging analytics, automation, and digital capabilities
Lead cross-functional initiatives and provide functional direction to Finance partners across regions
Conduct scenario analysis and financial evaluation of strategic initiatives for long-term value creation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
9+ years progressive Finance experience with global FP&A and enterprise planning responsibility
Expertise in forecasting, scenario modeling, and translating operational drivers into financial outcomes
Success designing scalable Finance operating models, governance, analytics, and automation solutions
Ability to advise C-suite executives and lead complex global initiatives through influence

Compensation: $200,000-$220,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
