Database AdministrationLocation: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)Duration: 4 MonthsInterview type: Both Web Cam and In Person InterviewJob Description:Administers, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) database.Implements data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance codes; resolves ERP database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues.May require a bachelor's degree.Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager.A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.Required/ Desired Skills:Strong DBA experience in working with Oracle 19c and Oracle 26ai (10 years)Experience in supporting Databases in OCIExperience in supporting Oracle Databases on premise.Experience in Migrating Oracle databases to OCIExperience in Migrating COV Agency Oracle databases to OCIMust be familiar with 19c Oracle RAC and ASM (Automatic Storage Management) on LinuxMust be familiar with Dataguard Physical Standby.Must have experience with RMAN backup and recoveryOther skills include export and import data pump utilities, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Performance tuning, Security, Patching and documentationMust possess strong troubleshooting skills.Must have strong communication skills, verbally and in writing.Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certificationExperience with MS SQL Server 2019 or newer
