The role requires a top performer with a background in management consulting, experience in fast-paced startups, and a strong ability to work across product and business teams. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include product strategy and execution, category development, and leading special projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years' of experience, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a high level of ownership and hustle. They should be comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and have a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes. The role also involves business performance, people, and culture, with a focus on defining and tracking key KPIs, improving team effectiveness, and staying close to ground realities through feedback loops. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a bias for action are essential for this position.
