Before becoming an agent, I spent 17 years in supply chain logistics, starting in a warehouse loading trucks and working my way up to Director of Airfreight for North America. Along the way, I held roles in operations, outside sales, sales management, and branch leadership in both Memphis and Dallas, earning Branch of the Year honors at the North American level. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
