Estimating Manager, Data Center
AECOM is seeking a Data Center Estimating Manager to be based Denver, CO.
Responsibilities include managing the cost estimating/department function, managing and supervising estimators, and ensuring accurate cost estimations for projects or products.
Qualifications
Minimum experience required: BA/BS + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred experience includes: 5 years of Data Center Construction, leading a multi-disciplinary cost management team across several concurrent projects, experience working directly with clients in receiving instructions, preparing and negotiating proposals, and delivering work product, and experience managing quality assurance and management programs within the team.
